Orders placed Mon - Fri before 1 P.M. MST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 3-5 business days or
less.

Payment by check:
If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, the best method is to simply add items to
your Janitorial Supplies 4 Less shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail
to our address above with your check or money order payable to Janisan. Please be sure to include contact information with
your payment.
APO FPO and International orders:
Janitorial Supplies 4 Less does not ship to international locations.
Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. If you would like your
order to ship next day please choose this shipping option during checkout and you will be charged the difference in shipping
costs. Most orders arrive to your door within 2 days due to a warehouse location being in close proximity to your location. Please note that we
have a minimum order of $50.00. If your purchase is under $50.00 a low order fee
of $5.00 will be added to the flat rate. All orders over $1500.00 ship FREE
throughout the continental US. Orders placed Mon - Fri before 3 PM EST normally
ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-3 days or sooner.
$80 Non-UPS Shippable Freight Charge
Due to either product size, shape, or chemical safety standards, some items can
not be shipped via United Parcel Service, and instead are delivered safely via
alternative truck delivery. In such instances, it may be necessary to include a
freight surcharge due to the additional cost to deliver the product(s) to you.
With this surcharge, your total shipping cost will never be more than $90. The
surcharge amount is clearly marked as you place the item(s) into your
JanitorialSupplies4Less.com shopping cart. For residential orders shipped by
freight truck, normal delivery is to curbside only and not inside the home. If
you need in-home delivery, in most cases the freight company may assess
additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. Please
contact JanitorialSupplies4Less directly if you have special instructions for
delivery, otherwise special instructions should be signed and in writing and
placed in a conspicuous location at the place of delivery. Customer is also
responsible for additional charges in cases of missed appointments or
re-delivery. Your correct phone number is essential for arranging freight
delivery. Please be sure to include the most relevant phone number to contact
you at the time you place your order. All orders of $1500 or more are shipped
free of freight.
Returns:
All unopened products purchased at Janitorial Supplies 4 Less can be returned within 10 days of your
receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. You can reach
customer support at (877)284-2740. Products within the 10 day window which have been opened are subject to an open box fee of
20%. For products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Janitorial Supplies 4 Less shall
be that of the customers.
